8. Pinterest API 이용에 관한 고지 / Pinterest API Disclosure

스튜디오는 자사 Pinterest 계정에 자체 제작한 포트폴리오 이미지를 게시·관리하기 위해 Pinterest API를 이용합니다. 본 사이트 및 스튜디오가 사용하는 관련 도구는 Pinterest의 보증·인증을 받지 않았으며, Pinterest와 어떠한 제휴 관계도 없습니다. 스튜디오는 Pinterest 개발자 가이드라인 및 서비스 약관을 준수합니다.

• 이용 범위: 스튜디오가 소유한 Pinterest 계정의 보드·핀을 생성·조회하는 용도로만 사용합니다. 사이트 방문자나 제3자의 Pinterest 계정 정보에는 접근하지 않으며 이를 수집하지도 않습니다.
• 연결 해제 시 데이터 처리: Pinterest 계정 연결을 해제하거나 Pinterest API 이용을 중단하는 경우, 발급받은 액세스 토큰 및 리프레시 토큰을 즉시 폐기하고 Pinterest API를 통해 취득·보관한 모든 데이터(핀·보드 식별자, 게시 기록, 통계 등)를 지체 없이, 늦어도 30일 이내에 삭제합니다.
• 제3자 제공 및 재배포 금지: Pinterest 콘텐츠와 Pinterest API를 통해 얻은 데이터를 제3자에게 판매·양도·재배포하지 않으며, 광고 타겟팅 등 위 목적 외의 용도로 사용하지 않습니다.
• 보안: 액세스 토큰과 앱 인증 정보는 스튜디오 내부 운영 환경에만 보관하며, 공개 저장소나 외부에 노출하지 않습니다.

Studio Holymolly uses the Pinterest API to publish and manage its own portfolio images on its own Pinterest account. This website and the related tools we use are not endorsed by, certified by, or affiliated with Pinterest, and we comply with the Pinterest Developer Guidelines and Terms of Service.

• Scope: The API is used solely to create and read boards and pins on the Pinterest account we own. We neither access nor collect Pinterest account data belonging to site visitors or any third party.
• Data handling on disconnection: If the Pinterest account connection is revoked or we discontinue use of the Pinterest API, we immediately destroy the issued access and refresh tokens and delete all data obtained or stored through the Pinterest API (pin and board identifiers, publishing records, analytics, etc.) without delay and in any case within 30 days.
• No resale or redistribution: We do not sell, transfer, or redistribute Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data to any third party, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond the above — including ad targeting.
• Security: Access tokens and app credentials are kept only within Studio Holymolly's internal operating environment and are never published to public repositories or disclosed externally.
